Client Accounting

We are a sales only agency. Can you help us add a lettings division to our business.

YES! We have years of experience in lettings and our lettings team is full of knowledgeable experts. We can also provide you with funding to acquire local lettings portfolios, via our Assisted Acquisitions Programme, to rocket your growth. 

Can I keep our business name?

You can "sub-brand" Your Move by adding your business name. For example, Your Move James Smith. You will then be able to leverage the power of the nationally recognised Your Move Brand and keep your local reputation. Or you can convert your agency to Reeds Rains and benefit from the power of a business with over 100 years experience. 

Can I continue to use my own financial services and conveyancing panel?

Yes you can. Or you can plug in to our market leading conveyance service HomeFast and Embrace Financial Services. 

What are the costs of joining?

We will inject a significant amount of capital into your business on day on. After that we charge an 8% royalty fee, £120 per person for CRM and Microsoft 365, and then there are costs for us providing client accounting services. Contact us to run through these costs and how they can save you time, save you money and make you money.  

Do I have an exclusive territory?

Yes. When you convert your business to Reeds Rains or Your Move you join us under a franchise agreement for 5 years. You are given an exclusive territory to operate in for 5 years. At the end of your franchise agreement you can renew your agreement at no cost 

Can I sell my business?

Yes you can. Our aim is to increase the value of your business by making you more profitable, increasing your sales, increasing your lettings portfolio and adding a number of revenue streams. You can sell your business at any time. Our in-house brokerage team will assist you and try to achieve you the maximum value.
